Crawlspace Access Solution

This new home needed a crawlspace access that would allow the final grade to naturally lay while keeping water from running toward the crawlspace door. We designed an access that solved all of those problems. We then put down fabric, gravel and the block. The block and foundation are to have a stone veneer put on, so we did not have to create a finished look.
